Nostalgia

taken shortly after a classmate of mine passed away.

It got me thinking a lot about life, and about the people I've lost. All those who have moved on from this life, and those who I will probably never talk to again because of some deeply born grudge. It feels like life is a stream, pulling us along and no matter what we lose, no matter how much we may feel that the world is ending, it keeps on spinning. Like the stream that continues to tug us along, and I guess this is my way of dealing with grief. Not only for him, not even just for my friends that have died.

More than anything, it's for every single friend I've lost, every significant person in my world that's gone forever. This is my goodbye to them, and my way of giving into the endless stream that will inevitably pull me along.
